During the month of February, SEF partnered with local businesses to raise funds to support student success.  Thanks to these very special businesses for supporting the education of Springfield children:

Burrito Amigos – 42nd Street, Citizens Bank – 2355 Olympic Street, Oregon Community Credit Union — 1981 Mohawk , Teresa’s Place – 650 Main Street, All American Pet Supplies and Grooming – 1833 Pioneer Parkway, Hutch’s Bicycles – 2100 Main Street and Papa’s Pizza 4011 Main Street — Affair with Flowers – 1918 Marcola Rd., and The UPS Store Springfield – 1863 Pioneer Parkway

Jerry’s Home Improvement sponsored the campaign.

During the month of February, these supportive businesses  asked their customers  to donate $1, $5, or $10 (or an amount of their choosing) to SEF to help support our school district’s educational efforts.  Donors sign their name on the supporter line and the business posts these for all to see. The “apples” are really just pieces of paper with our  “apple” logo shown here.

The Springfield Education Foundation has joined other area school Foundations to raised awareness of who has been conducting a similar campaign for their students for the last few years.
