With your support, we raised over a quarter of a million dollars for Springfield students and educators!

Wow! Thanks to the generosity of the many donors, sponsors, and friends who contributed to the Night of 11,000 Stars, we exceeded our fundraising goal (by a lot)! With your help, we raised a whopping $260,000 for Springfield students and educators – $60,000 more than our goal.
This annual fundraiser that directly benefits students and educators at SPS was held at the University of Oregon Ford Alumni Center on Saturday, October 15, 2022. The fantastic night included an extended happy hour with a SELCO Innovative Educator Grant Showcase, Wine Plinko, Raven Dental Photobooth, Sanipac Bar with wine by Iris Vineyards and beer by Ninkasi, and a Silent Auction. The program was hosted by the fabulous Two Rivers – Dos Rios Principal, Charlie Jett, and featured a Live Auction with Auctioneer Extraordinaire, Sid Voorhees. Guests enjoyed delicious plated dinner by Carte Blanche Caterers, a moving impact program, and a lovely performance by Springfield High School’s Mariachi del sol. As always, Dessert Dash was a huge hit!
We have many individuals and businesses to thank for this smashing success. The many Sponsors, including our Presenting Sponsor, International Paper, were a huge part of exceeding our goal. See our other sponsors below!
Thanks to our other special sponsors, without whom we couldn’t have achieved this success: Zion Ideas Productions, Events By Erin, The Flower Market, Roman Studios, Voorhees and Associates, Men’s Warehouse, and Grocery Outlet.
Also a big thanks to the student groups that helped out during this event, of which a portion of the night’s proceeds will directly benefit:
- Thurston High School Tennis Team
- Thurston High School Cabaret
- Thurston High School Jazz Band
- Springfield High School Mariachi del Sol
